What is it?
An outdoor group fitness class to prepare you for your first 5K (3.1 mile) race.

Over the course of a month you will be guided through an EASY 12 session beginner plan. You will start slow and ease into running routine.

Who is it for?
This program is for you if you are a beginner or you want to lose weight. This class is not for advanced runners, but an entry-level class for anyone with no injuries or medical conditions.
How much?
$99 for 4 weeks, 12 sessions, 55 minutes each session. That’s less than $9/session!
When?
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5:45 am
OR
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5:45 pm
Where?
Each session begins at EDGE fitness Club. Each day a new course will be plotted using GPS to track exact distance and time.
Who is Josh Arden?
Josh has been a competitor in Division 1 swimming, international lifeguard competition, and road racing. He won 3 local races in the L.A. area just last year! Josh earned his personal training certification in 2007 from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is now an EYES ON YOU fitness trainer. |
